Our program does not require any special equipment or systems (although our optional verification service will help you to further minimize check losses; we provide the service at no charge!) You simply instruct your bank to forward returned checks to our collection center. On receipt we send you a notification report and immediately begin the collection process.
Most checks are collected electronically by sending a debit to the check writer's account. Authorization for the debit is obtained by using a self-inking stamp, which we provide. Electronic Check Recovery (RCK) is fast, efficient, and customer friendly for the customer who simply made an honest mistake.
Where needed we employ alternative collection practices such as letter writing and telephone calls. In some cases we may even process affidavits with the State attorney, report to credit bureaus, or refer the matter to our attorney network. Our focus is to recover your lost money, and we follow the guidelines outlined by the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act as well as Local/State laws.
As we collect each check the funds are deposited directly to your bank account and you are notified of the deposit by delivery of a reimbursement report.
Sign up for e-mail reporting and you will receive free access to our online Electronic Reporting System. The ERS gives you up to the minute details for all checks we have received for collections. You can even view and print the front and back of the bounced check directly from your web browser.

When your account is set up, we mail a startup kit which includes all necessary signage and materials.
