Check Reporting

Many clients that have used other providers have told us that they experienced issues associated with reporting. At Bounced Check Services we pride ourselves on providing timely and comprehensive reporting of all return items that we are servicing.

You can choose mail, fax, or e-mail reporting; if you have multiple locations reporting can be grouped into regions or zones as desired.

We send notification reports daily on receipt of new items, and reimbursement reports detailing all sucessful collections are sent weekly on Fridays. And if you choose e-mail reporting then you also have access to our 24/7 Electronic Reporting System, which allows you to access all your account information online. Reporting can be downloaded and saved as an Excel spreadheet or text file. You can even view an image of each bounced check directly from your computer.
