New employees are subject to employment screening, financial data on our computer systems is kept secure with all normal and customary encryption and firewall protection, and paper documents are kept in secured areas. We feel that these are the minimum or standard procedures that should be followed. Additionally, we shred all paper documents that contain sensitive information before disposing of the documents.
